Occupying this four story office block of 21,000 sq ft in total enabled us to showcase a high quality office furniture consignment in situ.

This made redistribution easier as potential new end users were able to envisage how the furniture might look like in their own premises.

We were able to move most of this furniture on to a single end user.

• 11 tonne of Furniture diverted from Landfill for reuse.
• A single end user took the bulk of this consignment after having viewed the furniture in situ.
• The Landlord was entitled to a significant reduction in his Rates liability whilst making a positive impact upon Landfill usage.
